OSP Radar
The market moves every week. Be part of the conversation.
OSP Radar is a market intelligence and social listening service from Open Strategy Partners. Every week, we watch your market and tell you what moved. Our strategists check each development against your products, your positioning, and your strategy, and recommend where you can take a position. Then we draft posts and replies in your voice for you to edit and publish. You spend an hour or less per cycle.
The challenge
Your category is changing every day. It’s a lot of work to keep up.
Competitors make announcements, partners launch new integrations, analysts publish their views, and new terms catch on in your category. The conversation about all of it runs on LinkedIn, YouTube, Reddit, and GitHub, in newsletters, industry publications, and many other platforms. You have to take part in the conversation to be noticed.
Staying on top of those conversations takes hours every week, and it’s the first task your team sets aside when something urgent comes up.
With OSP Radar, we help you stay on top of those conversations, with a watchlist tuned to your vertical and strategy.
- Know what moved and what it means for your business: see what changed in your market every week, and respond while it still matters.
- Join the right conversations: we read your market and recommend which conversations each voice should join.
- Stay visible in your own voice: publish every week, on an hour or less of your time per cycle.
What you get every cycle
With OSP Radar, you do more than listen to your market: you keep up with the conversation and take part in it.
- Monitor: every week, we watch the sites, communities, competitors, and voices on your watchlist, and we track competitor announcements, new terms in your category, and analyst and press coverage. We build your watchlist with you during onboarding, and you can add or remove sources at any time.
- Report: we send you a cycle report on what moved in your market, what it means for your positioning, and which conversations we recommend each voice joins, with every source linked. A senior OSP strategist reviews every report before you see it.
- Suggest narratives: we suggest story angles, posts, and articles you could publish, and you tell us in comments which ones to pursue.
- Draft: we write LinkedIn and X posts and replies in each voice for you to edit and publish. If your buyers talk elsewhere, for example on Reddit, dev.to, or GitHub, we can draft replies there, too. We learn from every edit you make.
- You keep control of your publishing and of your voice, tone, and focus.
Before we draft anything …
We start from your positioning
In every cycle, we filter what we find through your OSP Value Map, a fact-based product and service description, the record of every feature of your offering and how it delivers value. With it, we can tell what is relevant to your business from what is merely interesting. We tie the market intelligence to your value proposition and keep your posts consistent with the rest of your communications.
Behind every cycle is the OSP team, with ten years of positioning and messaging work for B2B tech companies.
Choose your voices and add-ons
Your weekly Radar includes one or two voices in the base package. If you want more, we also offer monthly interviews and interview-based thought leadership content as add-ons.
Get started in month one
- We review your Value Map with you. We draft it from your website and public content, and we refine it with you as we learn your voice, strategy, and goals.
- We build your watchlist with you. We prefill it from your web presence: topics, keywords, websites, communities, and influencers. You fill in the rest, and you can update it at any time.
- We deliver your first cycle report and drafts, and learn your voice from your edits.
From the second cycle on, your part will come down to three steps: read the report, check and polish the drafts, and publish them.

Questions leaders ask us
How much of my time does OSP Radar take?
An hour or less per cycle after onboarding. You read the report, comment on the topics you want to pursue, and edit the drafts you want to publish. You can add a person, a company, a website, a platform, or a topic to your watchlist at any time. For onboarding in month one, plan for about two hours to review your Value Map and watchlist with us.
What does OSP Radar cost?
Onboarding costs €300, once. The base package costs €1000 per month and covers one or two voices. Each additional voice costs €300 per month. Prices don’t include VAT.
How long do I commit for?
Three months. After that, you can cancel with 30 days’ notice.
Who publishes the posts?
You do, from your own accounts, after you read and check every post and reply.
Will anyone know OSP drafts my posts?
Only if you tell them. You polish and publish from your own accounts. We never name any clients without their permission.
Who writes my drafts?
We research and draft with our own AI tooling, built on 10 years of OSP’s positioning and messaging methods and on your Value Map. A senior human editor at OSP reviews every report and draft before you see it.
What happens to the information we share with you?
We work from public information: your website, your public profiles, and the sources on your watchlist, together with the guidance you give us. Everything we draft is for public channels. Everyone on our team works under NDA, and our AI tooling runs on commercial services that don’t use your information to train their models. We use anything confidential you share only to understand your strategy, and we never publish it.
Which channels do you write for?
LinkedIn and X, plus blog and article briefs you can ask us to write. We can also draft replies on other platforms where your buyers talk, such as Reddit, dev.to, or GitHub.
How do you learn my voice?
You share with us the polished text that you post. We track the changes and edits you make, record the words you reach for, the phrases you would never use, and how you frame a problem. We build a voice, tone, and terminology profile over time, and start each round of drafts from those notes.
Can our company page and several leaders share one Radar?
Yes. We read your market once for the whole company and draft separately for each voice.
Do you work with agencies and advisory firms?
Yes. If you advise a client’s executive and want a regular publication in their name, we can run the research and drafting behind it: the watchlist, the cycle reports, and the drafts for you to deliver to your client.
